*Abbreviations:

SS
- stands for "stone size" which is
the modern way of sizing rhinestones.

PP - stands for "pearl plate" which
stems from the original measurement
of pearls where they were put on a
plate that had holes in it and shaken.  
Pearls were then sized according to
which hole they fell through.

mm - stands for millimeter, standard
metric measurements

Note: Letters are provided at various
points in the table as an aid to the
reader. When referring to a specific
size, the letters are used in all
instances. For example, one would
say they needed a "15 SS" rhinestone
even though the letters SS are not
represented next to the number 15 in
the SS column.
